• All participants, authors and co-authors of approved presentations (oral and poster presentations) need to pay the registration fee for participation in the Conference otherwise, paper will not be published.
• Participation in the Conference is only possible with previously presented or submitted receipt for payment of registration fee;

• Please note that pariticipant pay all bank transaction fees;
• When making a payment be sure to write name of the author or co-author and ID number of the accepted paper;
• When registering for the conference, student status is proved with valid student index or any other official document of the university institution;
• If you need an invoice for the registration fee, send a request with all necessary information to email address cmbebih2015@gmail.com
• Cancellation and return of the paid fee can be at least 30 days before the Conference, with a decrease of 30%. After that period, no refunds are possible.
• If hotel accommodation is necessary pleas indicate that as a special condition in online registration form;

 

General information:

 

• CMBEBIH2015 – I Conference on medical and biological Engineering in Bosnia and Herzegovina will be held from 13th until 15th of March, 2015, in Sarajevo, capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Official languages of the CMBEBIH2015 are Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian and English language;
• There are two possible ways of participation:
* active participants (authors of research paper)
* passive participants (participants who do not have research paper but want to be a part of this Conference)
• Conference programme will consist of plenary/keynote lectures, symposia, workshops, keynote sessions, oral and poster sessions, and exhibitions.

 

• Contributions at conference include:
* regular papers: max six pages;
* short papers (work in progress): max two pages;
* extended abstracts
* posters: slide only
* demos: two pages [for industry presentations of new products andsystems]
* student forum submissions: two pages

 

• Authors are requested to submit abstracts on time;
• Authors will be informed via email about the status of their paper and received further instructions regarding active participation in the Conference;
• Participation (active or passive) is possible only after registration fee is paid;
• All Submitted papers/abstracts will go through three reviewing processes;
• The selected and registered papers will be published in peer review journals;
